Maybe will be a other failure like Anti-Pro but im very happy to see ppls doing some good stuffs for ET community!!

Useless. It would require a whole new installation of ET. (Pretty much). That would just split up the community even more you cannot startup PB. (PB+SLAC=BAD). :confused::confused::confused:

I’ve been down this road with Mousetrap3, I wish them luck, but it will take more than a few fancy words to get this working.
But looking at all those dead links, I guess it’s not going anywhere yet.

they are. but there is a simple workaround for that, requiring 2 computers and 2 diffrent connections (just to be safer :D)

Its becouse have a new version out and youre trying download the old package.!! Maybe this will be a useless or not but i hope they continue to try develop it becouse play without PB not are possible anymore, in my opinion, due to many cheats around otherwise its cause lags a lot with the last update (not so new :frowning: ). For who not search in the internet this anticheat will be used with a heuristic analises and will be much more reliable to detect the cheats, and it have a server side pakcage too for increase the system of the anticheat.

Never seen PunkBuster causing lag to me, if everyone would use pbsvc.exe there would be no problem, it always removed all the problems I had with PB…
Well if PB actually bans everyone having no cheats it’s because you still have something bad somewhere…
I don’t believe in those anti cheat programs as I play on non-etpro servers where the admins are here to check suspecting players.
Maybe PB is not good, but at least it works and everyone have it…:rolleyes:

I’m not disabling or altering my antivirus for such an application, either change it(maybe encrypt the socalled mallicious function calls?) or count me out.

They’re gonna lose alot of players because of this.
