Never got my beta card (red)

Hello, I’ve been playing on an off since alpha and played that one weekend where you were suposed to be able to unlock that red loadout if you played about 1-2 games as the ad specificed. I recently came back to the game as I got a computer that was actually able to play the game at a good quality. When I checked my inventory / cards it was nowhere to be seen. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

you will have gotten an email with case code, you need to redeem that on Steam

Hmm around that time I was trying to change my nexon email to my new primary one and was having some issues. Think that could have been the problem?

could be, can you check other email ? be sure to check junk/spam folder

Ya I did that just found my alpha/beta code confirmation emails and a few other random emails from them like the fragger code.
