A quick info:
To setup Netradiant to use a “clean” W:ET under GNU/Linux for mapping you can copy the direction “/home/USERNAME/.etwolf” to something like “/home/USERNAME/.etwolf-mapping”.
Delete all non stock files in that new directory and change the “prefix” option in “/usr/local/games/netradiant-VERSION/games/et.game” from “prefix=”.etwolf" to “prefix=”.etwolf-mapping".
To edit the “et.game” file you must have admin rights.
