Need inspiration to map?

Here is inspiration to maps

A large city where is cars moving, and is night. much of buildings with elevator, cops and thiefs.

Allies are thiefs, axis cops.

Allies need to rob all banks on city.

Axis must stop them.

Send comment.Bechose i am just started using radiant, i dont are yet finished my test map.:rolleyes:

i can also add more details.

if you think this is too hard job, dont comment, just wait someone does it, and:
You can’t then say you have nothing to do when you have free time.

lots of movers = FPS loss
big city = FPS loss

why do you think most “city” maps have only a few important houses you can go into

i dont think so… just make large houses and much area between the houses and put the vehicles not too close together… AND do not compile light!!!
then it shouldn’t be a problem.

it should be realizeable…
i have a lot of free time… if you need help just pm me, i do not have anything better to do… except of my map projects which i cant realize :frowning:

my actual project is:
2 small villages:
allies captured one of them.
axis still have the other one.
vehicles connect those two cities and also an airport is over there for allied usage:
the planes can drop bombs and you can jump out of them (lol? dont know how to handle this without tthem dying)
the axis have a spawn in theri village and another spawn whcih moves forward the other city depending on the axis soldiers distance from the allied occupied city.
if axis reach the village the allied occupied they must hold it for 10 minutes AND theirother village, too…
the same must the allies do if they capture the axis village…
summary:
capture the other village and hold both for 10 minutes…
allies have vehicles to move to axis, axis do not have vehicles… but they have a spawn which moves between the villages.

=> i am much too lazy for that

lol I dont even think that is possible, unless you use that mod that you can drive the tank where you want

and for the plane jumpers, make a trigger_multiple just above the village if they go into that a cusshion is trigger on the floor for x amount of seconds…

and what happened to your onslaught idea?

well it is complicated to lock and unlock the power-points …
i just have a break ^^
i’m waiting for a bird saying me a good idea to handle that.
atm there are 2 bugs… the power points (multiple stage constructions) and a something which should rotate but does not rotate ( a tower… just for fun xD: only script_movers + 1 func_door but it doesnt rotate)

Hey why you just like it that i dont have experience of et and its .cfg, .pk3, and etc files.
I didn’t say must are exactly like this.You can create background.

Well… do so good as you can.

And if you do not know to drop them without dying…place water.
or then create a route where the plane crashes, and explodes after 5 secs.

So there’s like a big pool in the middle of the city?

It would be better to place a cushion texture with Grass sound or metal sound or w/e
