Need high fps cfg

Hi, with all the options set to lowest im getting around 40-60 fps when playing with bots. Does anyone have high fps cfg and would like to share it with me? My specs:
C2D @ 2.7Ghz
9600GT
2x1 Gb RAM
Win XP 32b

a lot of those commands actually dont work at all. download the config tool that somebody put together, its on the front page of the forums here. you can adjust all the major settings, as well as overall quality of the game. should help
