Need help with custom load screen for NO Quarter mod

i was looking for help on adding a custom load screen i have an image that i want to use

how do i make it appear when connecting to my server.

Easy way… Save it as side_map.tga with resolutions of 1024x1024 (is this correct?). Then put it in a .pk3 file, in that .pk3 file should be gfx/loading/yourpicture.tga. Put it in your servers directory and done.

i tried adding it into the servers custom soundpack .pk3 file with the file structure
/gfx/loading/img[1].jpeg
could i just rename the file to loadscreen.tga and it will work if i put the file into the soundpack .pk3 file.the only thing is when i rename it its still a jpeg file not change file types

also is the file structure correct as listed above

so if open that with winrar and add in the folder gfx/loading/loadscreen.tga it will work or no.
ill try and see.
