Need help with account.

Hi there, Jamieson here.

Some of you will remember me from the Alpha.

Basically I’ve been away for a long, long time due to RL issues but now I’m back. The only problem is I can’t seem to log into my account anymore. It says “You do not have access to this product.”

Yet when I invested my money into supporting the game (over £70), I was assured I’d always have access no matter the status of the game, whether that be Alpha, closed Beta, open Beta or full release.

I’ve tried using my existing key but apparently it isn’t valid anymore.

Hope someone can help me.

By the sounds of it you’re using the old alpha launcher or Nexon launcher, we’re now on Steam so you can ignore those two.

Easiest way is probably to message nexon support: https://support-dirtybomb.nexon.net/hc/en-us/requests/new

You’ll need to create a Nexon account, be sure to include your email address so they can match you against their records.

You should be able to play the game free from Steam in the meantime, then get an alpha key for the alpha perks.

check your email accounts for Steam keys, as a founder you should have 2, one for account other for founders mercs

if not there send PM to shoe (community manager)

Look for emails from march 26th from “warchest” that will have the steam key for your founders mercs.

in the meantime just grab it off Steam, sort out cards later

Checked my emails and I never recieved them.

Think I’ll download it on Steam and then get in touch with Shoe to sort it out.
