Hi, im new on this forum and new to ET modding aswell.
I am using 3DS MAX 5.1.
I have imported helmet model to 3ds max. added texture to see, it all fits, ok now i modeled little horns on it (to make it look evil )
But i cant add texture to it! Problem is that i dont know exactly how lol.
So can anyone PLEASE give me overview how exactly i do that UVW mapping with .tga texture or something like that, or whatever i need to do just to make it red!.
Horns are just a model, and helmdet.md3 contains that model with the helmet itself, ingame i see helmet normally textured etc but horns are with that default texture…you know that black and yellow texture :(…
Plz someone help me where and how to make it red, i have horn.tga texture wich is just plain red, horns model part is named ‘horn’ in 3ds max aswell…do i need to do some certain .SKIN file for them or what?..im so confused plz help
