NEED HELP...COULDN'T SIGN IN DIRTY BOMB

was dirty bomb under maintainence again? but i see no news bout it since the Aug 11th maintainence. I couldnt sign into the game. the problem given was either ‘‘sign in error’’ or the ‘‘internet were not connected properly’’ even i though i the connection was strong. Anyone who had the same problem as mine? Will appreciate any feedback regarding about this issue

There are other threads that exist for this issue. It is normally a problem with the firewall, but it could be different here. I would suggest starting by reading those threads and trying what is suggested.
