Need a better spawn shield

The spawn humping is ridiculously strong in this game, it’s way to easy to lock down the spawn rotating explosive skills + snipers standing near medkits.

it’s mainly the attacking side every time. Defense just positions themselves outside the spawn and rotates their skills in a really well planned out fashion pinning you in the spawn, any stragglers able to escape the spawn are normally low and will get Ko’d by a sniper or someone that happens to notice you.

it only happens when a team is much better than the other one, not much can be done about it - the game won’t be enjoyable for the weaker team whatever happens

Idk, in combat arms the spawn shield helps a lot, it really can help get you back into the game if the enemy team gets cocky and spawn humps, Of course over there though elite mods are abused to the max so you get kicked.

its a problem of team balace.
and of attitude:
lately we were 2 vs 5 and some of the other team felt like proving their nuts in attaking us in our spawn. well… you cant do a much about such immature behavior.

on the other hand i´ve seen overpowered teams giving the weaker and short-handed team a chance by falling back… thats sportsmanship.

I was actually able to make my team sit back in a 3v5 and let them leave their spawn and attempt to play as normal rather than brutally beating them down as they spawned. So at least there are some nice guys out there.

Yea… meanwhile there is this ‘amazing player!’ comes down and takes all the points (sometimes laggers, sometimes just really amazing) and they just shut down the other team, and the team they are on feel like they are not doing much and pretty much relaxed, yes there may be a balancing issue but hey… it was just a test and hopefully it won’t happen as much on the launch of the game :slight_smile:

Absolutely, the boat yard spawn has a pretty big camp problem.
