Nader Troll (or just plain annoying)

(SlixFaz) #1

Soooo when I’m about to revive a Nader these are just some few encounters so basically just when I’m about to revive them they use there martyrdom which they do on purpose and I find it so annoying I just wasted 10 seconds of my life to revive a Nader but they just annoy you and use there martyrdom has anyone else had this encounter?

You’re not supposed to revive Nader because of Martyrdom, unlesss it is openly clear to revive her. If you are successful in reviving her, and they still invoked Mart, it’s her loss and your gain. I once revived a downed Nader at Underground and took out two others. Phat Suppot XP back there.

Some naders are waiting for enemy come near them so that they can martydom.

As a Nader player let me assure you no one is trolling you.

Its just that depending on the place you died, you only have a split second when someone approaches you to initiate Martyrdom and blow them to pieces before they knife you.

Because of that need for quick decision making. One might activate Martyrdom right before the realisation that the approaching medic is a friend and not an enemy.

But let me speak on behalf of all Nader players here, we grief as much in those situations as you do (and almost as much as we do, when we try do melee finish a enemy Nader).

When a Nader activates Martyrdom when you go to revive them, it isn’t because they are trolling you - it is because while they are downed, Naders are constantly looking for people to kill with Martyrdom, sometimes they don’t realise that you are a friendly medic until it’s too late.

It’s more of a panic reflex, and I used to do it all the time and trust me, it was pretty embarrassing for me too. It’s like trying to help up a spooked cat.

Can confirm. I have a friend who plays Nader and whenever I run over as Aura to revive him, he always butterfingers the martyrdom. This is usually followed by an exclamatory of some sort. I think of it as quick decision-making gone bad.
