[Nader Bug] - "Own EV damage"

I searched the forum for this bug report and couldn’t find it (I’m surprised this hasn’t been noticed or reported) so here it goes.

I was playing on the map Chapel on attackers side as Nader and two times when I died next to my EV while escorting it I used Martyrdom and damaged my own EV. I also received the damage XP (100+XP both times).

Sorry I can’t provide any screenshots but I have no available way of doing so, my graphics cards doesn’t support stuff like shadowplay and I didn’t have anything like fraps turned on at the time.

I noticed and reported this a few weeks ago. Its hard searching these forums sometimes. Issues still exists though.

Other things that exist when you are dead but revive-able include being able to collect ammo, and guarding XP if you are near an EV. Other team damage things include Sparks reviver being able to damage friendly deployables.

If you want to take an image screen cap, Steam has a built in system for it. Press F12 and they will be available on your computer and you can upload them to your steam profile too if you want to share them out.

id like to add that if you take down the enemy ev with martyrdom, you dont get credit fot taking it down. itll just say “ev disabled”.
