Before we get into the joining up and all that good stuff please take time to read this excerpt from VREV’s Charter.
-=Mission Statement=- Victorious Revolution (VREV) prides itself in being a fun, welcoming outfit for those who wish to play in an environment that encourages teamwork and friendship, combined with good sportsmanship. Members of the community are expected to, at all times, respect its fellow members, it’s command structure, opponents, and fellow VREV members. Our most important rule, and one that we all will follow: RESPECT
If anyone is found to be in gross violation of this cardinal rule, it may be grounds for dismissal in extreme circumstances.
-=How We Operate=- As a community, we work to encourage the cooperative play of our members. While some games are more competitive than others, so long as the cardinal rule of RESPECT for other players as well as community members is honored, all forms of play are welcome. General protocol is that should you have in-game concerns, address them to your division leader. If these issues cannot be resolved in-game, bring them to a community leader or officer. General community concerns can also be brought to community leaders and officers.
-=Division Specific Rules=- Must be 18 years old or more. Must have a microphone and TeamSpeak3. Must show respect to other players, members and community staff.
If you decide to join VREV there will be a 2 week trial period during which you will be considered a recruit. If you cannot obey the rules or follow orders during that time period you will not move on to become a member. VREV focuses on quality over quantity and if you cannot prove yourself a quality player then we will have no need of you. This might sounds a bit strict and overbearing but it is necessary to keep a healthy community healthy. If you do prove yourself during the trial period then congratulations, you will become an official member and be granted permission to wear VREV tags in game.
