Not bad, but why dont you use a bit of terrain? This flat grass just looks too unrealistic. But apart from that, looks good. 
Yeah I’ve the same opinion, you should randomize the terrain some more instead of this flat layer.
same opinion here the terrain looks too choppy.
try working with a terrain editor or so. Also loose the siwa water since that looks terrible in big pools.
And on the edges be a bit more creative, add like hills on the most parts that players can’t get up (or clip them to block players)
add multiple rows of the flat tree texure, then at least you give the edges some depth, or you can add fences etc to break the trees, or fences in front of the trees!

I think this map could eventually be playable, but right now it needs some major changes. At the moment the layout of the map is one big square: This means that every brush or ( tree) model will be visible at any part of the map, This will result in low fps / High r_speeds…
If this map was my project I would chop the map up into several areas.
i would leave it as it is as a testmap and take certain things out of it for an new map. make a completely new one and use your experience. make it better from the start. most times its better to start again with an improved version than to screw around with an old map forever.

I recomend you to start the map again and add a “new” terrain.
Anyway, the concept it’s good. gonna be a good map if you do it again.
