I have one little problem with headshots at this point and time. If you you land a headshot for the killing blow (no matter the gun ofc) they should not be able to get revived. What do you think?
My thoughts on HeadShots.
Man it’s almost like we had a merc who used to remove players with little possibility of counter play like that who was a pain to fight and who affected the game to such a degree that he was changed to no longer instagib.

That has been discussed before and been shot down I believe.
What is your reasoning for wanting this change? Is there an existing problem with the meta or strategies that you feel requires this change to happen?
This is more of an ‘arena’ shooter and in no way is hunting for realism. One of the reasons I am asking you these questions is because I enjoy the current pacing for combat and objectives. Not sure how necessary your suggested change is without knowing the reasoning for why you want it.
This would make medics nearly useless. You have people who exclusively land headshots.
Instagibs been heavily nerfed recently, by explosions and Vasselini headshots.
Why would they buff again?
We had someone suggesting this already.
As already mentioned, it would slow down the game a lot.
People who can consecutive hit heads are a nightmare on their own.
That’s why in competitive, medics would basically lose their ability to revive as everyone would go for heads.

Ok, I understand where you are coming from but the fact you can’t instantly die after a headshot is kinda odd. But like you said it’s an “arena” shooter, so i guess I’ll have to deal with it. Aha
What I’d like is the ability to finish them off with slightly less required damage. If I don’t hit them in the head it can take up to 4 bursts from br-16 to finish off a downed enemy.
I thought it only took roughly 2 bursts to kill a downed enemy… Are you sure it is 4?
Nothing quite like the sound of that 3 burst to the dome.
Mercs have a max of 100 HP while downed (if you do overkill damage it counts towards gibbing) so none of them take 4 bursts to gib unless you miss a lot of your bullets. And a single burst to the head instagibs everyone. At least I believe that is how the system works.
Imagine how OP laser guns like hochfir and smg9 would be. So ez headshots.
Yeah, cause headshots aren’t powerful enough already right. Not really worth going for them.

Damage falloff from distance applies though.
