My system sound Cuts out brakes Discord and coms back!!!

Hello, I have been playing Dirty Bomb for a long time, and recentlym like 4-5 months ago I started having this bug.
So what happens is my system sound will cut out comepleatlyy, for a few sewconds a t a time and come back. It usually dose this 2 times and then good for like 10 min and then dose it again.
And also when this happens it usually brakes my discord, so that I cant hear anyone.
I hvent tested it if it happens when i dont stream.
Please help me, i love the game but this makes it hard to play and stream.
