When i open dirty bomb windowed off my screen It makes blacks shots and i can’t play.I installed this game 4 but nothing.Can You help me pls?I also verify game files but nothing

When i open dirty bomb windowed off my screen It makes blacks shots and i can’t play.I installed this game 4 but nothing.I also verify game files but nothing.When I played there before I did not do it.Now yes.Maybe is Windows 10?
