So I screwed around with my ShooterInput. I tried to make scroll wheel binded to jump. It didn’t work but I noticed whenever I left clicked my gun didn’t fire. I checked back in the config and it was binded to left click. It is not the mouse because it works fine in other games. I deleted the Unreal Engine 3 file and the steamapp file and reinstalled the game. When it finished and I started it up I still couldnt shoot… Every other control works fine except for shooting.

Did you check your settings in the actual game? My friend accidentally unbound left click and couldn’t fire his weapon until he fixed it.

If you ever edit your configs you should back them up. I usually just copy my Config directory to somewhere else (also handy for patch day if things get overwritten). Also, if you find yourself in a bad way where you can’t even control things in the menus or the game won’t load due to config changes, you can always delete those files and the game will create new default ones when it’s launched.
