my friend's game keeps crashing

according to my friend the error message is
EAC Integrity Violation: Untrusted system file (C:/windows/system32/lpk.dll)
the message keeps popping up everytime he starts the game
how can he fix this

Hi there.

Temporarily disable the antivirus and check if that’s the issue. When was the last time windows updates were installed? A reinstall of EAC might help:

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dirty Bomb\EasyAntiCheat

Run the EasyAntiCheat_Setup with administrator rights, select Dirty Bomb from the list and click on repair service at the bottom left.
