Here it is :
He have a problem with saving the map. He put the map name there,the place where he want´s to save(to desktop)!and after he klicked save, he watched on desktop and there isn t hes saved map!

The GTK Radiant 1.4 will work under Vista 64 bit, but you cannot save your map file, everything else you should be able to do without problems.
But on GTK Radiant 1.5 everything should work fine.
Tell your friend to get GTK Radiant 1.5 
and everything should be fine.

Correction… you can’t save new map files. You can however save a file in 1.5, (or any radiant on a different computer) and then open it in 1.4, then save it and work on that.
