My experience today (After not playing almost 2 weeks)

Alright, So i haven’t played for 11 days purely because Aimpunch & Phantom are so BS it got me to play other games.

However since i love DB so much i decided to just go with it and oh my god is it this bad suddenly…

I did excactly 10 matches and heres the results

Match 1 : Teabagging people and Cursing in chat and mostly 150+ Ping players
Match 2 : Obvious aimbotter. His score in the end was 71.8 and he made 95% headshots (Has been reported)
Match 3 : Everyone lagging like shit
Match 4 : Everyone lagging again
match 5 : More cursing QQ and all of that stuff, And ofcourse inbalanced teams.
Match 6 : Probably the worst teams i have ever seen. The matchmaking is shit? confirmed
Match 7 : The lag was horrible
Match 8 : Lag + hacker (Yes he has been reported)
Match 9 : This was actually fine. No lag or any hacks. No QQ and Cursing. Just a good match
Match 10 : Why does everyone have 150+ Ping… Are they americans on EU servers or something… jeezz

When i first started Dirty Bomb i loved it. in my 236 Hours of playtime i only encountered around 3-4 Hackers, Not that much laggers maybe 1 or 2 in a game. But now theres just 60% lagging. and in these 10 games i played there were 2 hackers. Which was quite ALOT imo.

Now theres gonna be some smart asses that are gonna say ‘‘You have to do more than 10 matches to start talking’’
i completely agree BUT i just can’t be bothered to play more at the moment because it’s just horrible for me today, I’ll give it another try this week

I never really had anything against Dirty bomb and i never thought i would write this. Cause i normally don’t QQ

However, This was my opinion and my experience with the game TODAY, Other days have been better or worse

But my question really is, How is it that theres so many hackers suddenly and why do so many people have 150+ Ping.

Just instant-Kick the 150+ ping ppl… it’s just not fun to play with or against

And for hackers just find a good anti-cheat.

I will still be playing DB in the future and i still Like the game but i’m gonna have to wait till some things are Fixed.

It’s not my intention to put Dirty Bomb in a bad position. I usually promote Dirty Bomb as one of the best FPS games i ever played however as of now (My opinion / Experience) It’s not really enjoyable. It was at the beginning tho.

Please let me know what you guys think of Dirty bomb. And please do not put useless comments in here starting fights and whatsoever.

It’s quite annoying to keep seeing the chat being flooded by cursing words.
Oh and for my age, I’m 21.

Besides, Even if i did care for Cursing and teabagging that would be my deal and you wouldn’t really have to point me out on that, If you’d read the above i simply ask the people who read this to leave their opinions on what they think about the game and how it changed from day 1 to today.

Also i could be 80 years old and still be annoyed by Cursing. Age doesn’t matter to be annoyed by something.

I’ve had this sort of stuff all the time with other games too, it’s not uncommon to have a rough comeback.

I’ve long since given up using Public voice chat in any online video game. It always just ends up being a hive of scum and villainy.

If I was playing with friends then I’d use a private voice chat server but that does’t happen to often.

My recommendation is do yourself a favour and disable voicechat in the game. You’ll be much less annoyed with your fellow mercs that way.

I’d much rather loose the odd match due to lack of co-ordination on my team, than be stuck listening to 10 year olds swing their e-peens around in v-chat. Drive me nuts listening to their pre pubescent trash talk.

My own experience of Matchmaking is more or less the same, with more whine.

In my humble opinion, you should avoid matchmaking and just play in pubs. What you’ll find on matchmaking won’t really differ from pubs most of the time anyway, except that you’ll be much more likely to encounter a cheater or some bad mouthed people. Curiously, I see much less cheaters in random public servers than matchmaking.

In 130 hours i never found a single hacker, now i may just be lucky since i heard there are but really, 2 in 10 matches, lol

if a phantom gets the drop on my squishy sparks and i still manage to avoid and kill him…it’s an auto-teabag…actually scratch that any time i see a downed enemy phantom it’s an auto-teabag…they deserve it for playing him in the first place not to mention failing with him.

other than that I don’t bag anyone :stuck_out_tongue:

Huh, I barely meet laggers or hackers. Only met a few before. Have 100+ hours. If this helps, I live in US West.

I think there are voice lines if you teabag someone. I wanna hear the voice lines, but I don’t wanna be of the disrespecting…

I just laugh when people teabag me. I don’t think people will be offended if you do it and if they do… they gotta suck it up and move on, it’s just a silly taunting maneuver.

I feel like since the last update that people teabag a lot more. I find it flattering actually as when I get teabagged on the rare occasion that I frusterated them to such a degree that they needed to vent and feel good about themselves for killing me the one or so times. That’s generally a win in my book, I don’t even teabag back.

there are taunts when you teabag someone, it’s a part of the game, silly or not

Pretty sure they do it anytime you spam crouch while standing still. I don’t think you actually have to be standing over an enemy for the voice taunts to activate.
