Played some Campaign, first three level alone to get a feel for the game and man did I feel overwhelmed. I knew things from the objectives and classes ect but I felt myself just wondering around doing whatever. Then I realized, “DERP Objective wheel” and after that I started adjusting to the game and I still am.
After about two hours or so of alone time I invited a fellow forum member to play some challenges thinking it would help with unlocks. Then realized how annoying the bots can be lol especially alone with two people. Eventually we rounded up another player, again from the forums, and also had the pleasure of playing with Rahdo (aka Richard Ham) and with that team of 4 we finished the challenged then realized “oh no no unlocks”
Then went to do some challenges to unlock everything, then went to a public game and had a terrible connection to it. Quit then just played co-op with 7 other friends for the rest of the time. I hope connection isn’t like what I played in the one game but from what I’m hearing it could use improvement.
Overall I’m really enjoying this game and I hope some things are fixed up like online play and without menus is kinda weird. I dislike being able to mess with my character in between games but it’s nothing game breaking. Also I don’t understand why some of these defending objectives are like 10 minutes long. Just gets kinda boring half way through. However, I can see myself playing this game for a good while.
