It doesnt make much sense because he’s a white guy and he now sounds like a Jamaican…
Tried playing locally and online and he’s still a rasta…

Hey, exactly the same thing happened to me. My new guy has the voice of my old guy, on all modes and matches. He had his new voice in a couple of challenge missions I did as soon as I had finished creating him. But once I came out and back into Brink, old voice was back.
Also, my new guy is default security, my first character was resistance. If I chose a character at the start and stick them them I have no problems, but, if I change characters - between matches for example - I get stuck with the opposite skin. Example:
First character I made was resistance, play some rounds with him, think “Hmm, I’ll try and level up my new guy” leave server, go to him, he’s default security (with alternate resistance gear) if I join a server, and I go on the resistance team, I get the skin (not the abilities - just the skin) of my old default resistance guy, then if I switch teams, I still get my old guys skin - just his security gear. Hope that makes sense.
Like I said, this doesn’t happen if you don’t change your character between matches. But this has nothing to do with the voice, that seems pretty much stuck as my old guys now.
Annoying.
Yep mines same used to have the Irish accent not sure on name and im now a white guy with a rasta guy voice
