i was using covert 3rd eye, at first i thought it might be a distance thing.
ie further away you cant rotate or detonate.
but happened even very close.

i was on blockouts but i think i had some issues on other maps.
definitely the no rotate.

reset by changing character.

so while i could not detonate i could not throw a new one either.

has happened to me, too. can’t remember if i could not rotate the camera, but i definitely could zoom it. resolved by stabbing TEC to make it explode.

edit: definitely able to rotate camera in recent occurrences. … (and it’s a known bug, btw.)
