4MB mp3 sound will be like 10MB if made into a mono 22KHz wav file. usually i take out a good piece of music. in the game, there are many ways of making speakers etc. first, speaker that plays sound and when destroyed will stop(no script). make a box that looks like a speaker. make it func_explosive, make a target_speaker. give it the sound file, select the looped on spawnflag. connect the func_explosive with the target_speaker.(select func_explosive first, then target_speaker, hit ctrl+k)

speaker with button trigger. again make a target_speaker and give a sound file. make a func_button or func_invisible_user and connect them(again, select button first, then speaker and hit ctrl+k)

and many, many, many, many more ways. just ask!

Do i need to give it the folder where music is? or some other way?

select target_speaker and press sound on the entity info watever window.
then navigate to your .wav file

I wanted to do this to, but I donโ€™t know how to select my .wav file

I needed to use http://www.btinternet.com/~AnthonyJ/projects/FixWAV/
To get my voice overs to work.

you can do the same in your sound edit program. i use nero sound wave but it doesnt export correct wav files :S. so i make my edits and save mono mp3. then in audioblast i make it 22000Khz mono wav

Iโ€™ve had good luck using Audacity to make my .wav files

I run Audacity on Linux but I believe there is a Windows version too.
