mumble security violation

i’m having a problem with mumble, i get a security violation whenever i have mumble running in the background. does anyone else have this happening to them?

From what I’ve heard mumble overlays should work in db :confused:

i have never had any problems with mumble. it was a while ago i used it though… but there shouldn’t be any problems. Are you sure that it is mumble?

Many people, including myself, play with Mumble running so mumble isn’t the cause. You just happen to have it open when you get an NGS crash. Almost everyone gets random NGS crashes with some more than other.

@Amerika I know people get kicked randomly but i keep getting kicked with mumble running over and over, and i dont get kicked when i dont have it running

Have you updated mumble to the most recent version.
Have you tried switching ingame overlays off

Do people use mumble? Do you use myspace too? Try Yahooing the answer. Maybe find someone on friendster that can help. Did you unlug your zune? Try that.

I don’t have that problem and I always have mumble running in the background. I don’t use the overlay though, don’t know if others here who don’t have issues use it. But I suppose it couldn’t hurt if you try to disable it and see what happens.

Mumble lets you use crosshair overlays in DirtyBomb. More options than just the pitiful two in the settings menu. So yes, plenty of us DO use it.

But if plenty of people use it, why only one get kicked for it constantly?

It’s like math.
NGS Factor X is same for everyone
Mumble factor Y is same for everyone
So person A must have a factor Z which other people don’t and factor X reacts to factor Z.
Sandboxie or something other which NGS doesn’t like.
