Multiple item deployments on death/ping spike.

As per title, I frequently experience my characters deploying their full stock of ammo/med-pack/grenades at their feet, when killed while deploying, and occasionally fire multiple grenades/deploy mines as a result of ping spikes.
Ammo/med-kits and grenades deployed this way are functional, and when spawning the supply available dose not appear to be affected.

Mines and grenades launched due to a ping spike, as opposed to on-death, also remain functional, though they do deplete the supply as normally.
While technically, this allows to overcome normal restrictions on the deployment speed(especially with mines), it is generally detrimental to gameplay.

Not only that, if you press a key to use an ability and then try to shoot, you probably will drop the ability item several times instead of shooting, ending with your horrible death. Many times I dropped a medpack to an enemy because of this, I hope someday this bug would be fixed.
