When the new v2 keys come out is it allowed to put in multiple email in order to receive multiple keys?

Is it allowed? No.
Is it restricted? No.
Can you do it and get away with it? Yes.
But the system is the same from the last giveaway, you can only redeem one key per account. This is a steam limitation, you can’t redeem the same ‘product’ more than once.

If you are getting keys for friends I guess it’s fine.
If you are getting keys to trade them for something else, NO.

It’s just a shame Alienware blocked a whole country (maybe more than one) because of bots.

You can technically claim more than 1 key using multiple accounts or emails. However, only ONE can be redeemed PER STEAM ACCOUNT, so unless you have lots of accounts you plan to redeem them on, there’s not a lot of point
