Multi Stage Construction?

Hi,
I learned singel stage construction. It was easyer then I though. Now I want to learn Double Stage. I have been reading https://zerowing.idsoftware.com/svn/radiant/ETPack/trunk/docs/Level%20Designers%20Reference/construction.html I can not understand the constages and destages? Where do I right this stuff? Do I make the second stage of constrution a brush model instead of a func_constructable? Please Please Please explain.
