MSVCR100.dll error prevents me from launching DB, Windows 10

Hello :frowning:
I can’t launch the game because i get the following error right after the Easy Anti-Cheat progress bar fills up to 100%…
“ShooterGame-Win32-Shipping.exe - System Error
The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.”

I have reinstalled pretty much every version of Microsoft Visual Studio C++ roughly a hundred or so times, still nothing. Has anyone else had this error? I did install the latest Windows 10 update a few days ago, but I’ve been playing fine since then up until this error.

Have you performed a “Verify integrity of STEAM cache”?

If there’s anything different from the official version, STEAM will download it.

hi, fixed it! By uninstalling Microsoft Visual Studio C++ distributables, restarting (the important part apparently) then reinstalling.

I’m having the same issue, did you reinstall all of the redistributables or just the most recent ones, and did you also reinstall the game?
