This morning after my 3rd coffie I search the web for interesting things about new maps,projects and etc. and I found one link with map MP Beach for download-))Great map from RTCW coming to ET as I saw:-) So because that server is too slow for downloading I downloaded these map and put on my clan homepage. So if you wanna GRAB IT HERE!

I thought I’d be glad to see an almost exact representation of mp_beach for ET, but - after having played it - I must say that it feels rather uninspired. And why does the map not play as well as mp_beach for RtCW? Other maps (mml_church, password2) played equally well in both RtCW and ET for me. Thanks to the ‘creator’ of ET’s mp_beach for rushing it. You’ve disgraced a great map.
I dunno…at least dday_nw wasn’t a complete rehash. If dday_nw had the normal steal the docs objective set, I probably would’ve liked it more. Still, I think mp_beach would be better even with something as minimal as a team door and command posts. mp_beach definitely runs better than dday_nw, but it’s obvious that there wasn’t a great deal of time spent on the conversation. It was a pretty lazy port.
