I’m not sure how familiar you are with the VAC ban system, but apparently it is possible to get a VAC ban that is overturned later. The record of having been VAC banned stays with you but that tells me the system is not perfect and there is room for error.

It’s not a real player account, it’s clearly a test account made for the purpose of promotional screenshots/testing stuff.

To be honest, regardless of the nature of the VAC ban and whether it is from way back in the past or recently. I find this quite a blooper.
