More missions/reduce mission refill time?

I want to hear peoples opinion on the mission system. Personally I think the 3 hour refill time to missions are way to long. I usually complete 2/3 missions on my first match after the refill, at least if they are 500/750 credit missions. Maybe let each player decide if they want hard or easy missions, so the more experienced players acutally gets a challenge? Missions like ''Get 9000 total xp with [merc] in your squad) is way to easy to complete. Also, please try to not give the same excact missions on refill, its happens way too often that I get 2 missions about playing x amount of execution matches at the same time. Its extra annoying cause I dont even like execution and I know I’m not the only one to dislike it, but I have to do them anyway cause if you skip them you have to wait 3 hours for a new one, and otherwise you wont earn any credits…

i dont care about mission because they suck.
like really just one merc slot is filled with something that i dont want
