Does anyone else have so much lag so that he can’t play ?

Does anyone have a solution to my problem ?
I have my lagometer on and most of the time i have huge lag spikes, i can’t move at all and then after 20sec i can move 2sec and again lag.
Anybody else notice this.
Is it just in Brink? or are you getting this issue in other games?
If it’s just brink it could be similar if not the same issue as me (my problem is here : http://www.splashdamage.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25715 )
