[QUOTE=AmishWarMachine;330931]I’ve never had a game where the Resistance guarded the side stairs so intently.
Good vid tho.

Thanks.
The enemies in that match were pretty resilient and preemptive.
I’m not too keen on wasting entire magazines at dead bodies, beyond optimum range of my SMG, when my screen is filled with fully alive enemies, near the last objective of a very tough battle… let alone focusing my attention at downed enemies to determine their class as enemy fire blankets the battlefield in front of me.
In such situations, I’m more of a “stay alive long enough to do what no one else on my team is focused on doing…winning…” type of gamer.
Hindsight critiques are always interesting, however, at the time, I was more concerned about the fact that I’d spent pretty much all of the previous 8 minutes trying to convince the blowhards on my team that the match was very much still winnable. Seriously, I was compelled to speak up after two of them had been in a conversation for several minutes about how bad they were going to lose and a third one joined right in.
Those are my favorite types of games, though. The ones that force you to push a little harder, and be a little mindful about things like ammo conservation, supply conservation, choice primary focusing, and having to solo multiple enemies time after time in order to maintain forward progression in the battle.
Kind of reminds me of this game called MAG in a way. I didn’t have trouble striving for victory as a random when faced with an enemy force of 128 players, so I be damned if I’m gonna let 8 unfriendlies deter my hunger for victory, regardless of whether or not I get stuck with teammates who are perfectly fine with losses so long as they get their XP farming and circle-buffs done.
