Momentary Freezes

Dirty Bomb freezes momentarily in game. I know this is the case for several people as well. For me it only started recently, within the last month or so. I’ve never had dirty bomb freeze before that time. The freezes last a second or so and happen every 5 minutes if I had to guess.

Here’s the video The game freezes at 0:04 for a second. My computer can handle the game on higher settings, I’m tryin to keep a solid 144 though. The texture pool size (blocky environment) doesn’t seem to change frame rate anyways.

I’ve begun freezing as well, but it looks like mine is more severe and less often. Never used to have any random freezes before. Now when it does happen, for me it seems like maybe either once per map or once per new server I join and lasts about 2-3 seconds. I’ll have to start paying more attention to when it occurs and how long.

I have the same issue, but due to my PC is not that good (it can handle medium settings at 60FPS) my freezes are about 5-10 second long. I didn’t have this problem before the 24h maintenance.

I have very quick freezes , like small warps since MOFO update , but it’s pretty rare and not so disturbing…but since the 24hour maintenance i have the same kind of freezes than BigRed (every 5 minutes , last 1 second ).

Well since the 24h maintenance i have the same kind of freeze like all other guys. My freezing is 5 to 10 sec. long. The game is unplayable!

wow… are you sure you have DDR5 or was it just a typo?

Same issue. I uninstalled DB not too long ago, maybe a month has passed since then, and I reinstalled after Season 2 released. It ran perfectly fine before, but now all of a sudden I’m getting hitches that last 2-4 seconds every 5 minutes it seems.

I have an NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 with the latest Drivers (since Feb 9)

Same issue. I uninstalled DB not too long ago, maybe a month has passed since then, and I reinstalled after Season 2 released. It ran perfectly fine before, but now all of a sudden I’m getting hitches that last 2-4 seconds every 5 minutes it seems.
