models not appearing

i have been going throgh the tut’s and i’ve come to the models section i follow the instructions but for some reason instead of a model i get a small white wire frame cube?

i got the models to work in ezygen so why wont they work in radient?

also i know that the cube duznt just represent a model coz i ran devmap to make sure.

to get to see the model, select the cube and pres “n”

on the entity menu, where it has the path, get rid of the D:\program files pap up to models

so-
d:\wolfenstein-enemy territory\etmain\models\mapobjects ree.md3
would become
models\mapobjects ree.md3
