models arent shown ingame

suddenly my models werent shown anymore… they are in radiant…
the files are in the pk3 … it worked but without having changed something in the pk3 or some models they are not displayed in the map ingame !!!

misc_model some with, most without “solid” spawnflag.

EDIT: i found 2 kinds of models which are displayed but the ohter 2 kind of models arent shown… but they had been shown before i changed nothing !

yes… they had been all solid via spawnflag.
after they werent displayed i left some of them unsolid… did nothelp…
small trees without that greens stuff on it (dont know the english word) and a bush are displayed…
the rest (another tree with green stuff on it and crates) are not displayed …
i mean NOT that orange-black texture missing thing…
they are NOT here in any way.

e.g. the crates… in the pk3 is the md3 and the tga of the model

Strange. Maybe hunkmegs problem? Are they shown in other maps (make tst map, like i do when i have probs).
P.S. That “greens” are leafs?

Hmmm… If they are all misc_models, they should be compiled into the BSP and should not be packaged into the pk3. Check the map compilation log.

If some are misc_gamemodels, check if it are those which do not show up.
Gamemodels either show an “axis model” (a green, red and blue set of lines) when the md3 has gone missing or don’t show up at all because their origin cannot be seen by the player.

if you placed the model on a structural wall or surface, and the origin of that model touches that
surface, it will be a toss-up if it shows in game or not, that could be something you might check
into.

and sorry for being away for a while… busy with real life stuff… and my vid card is dying… time for
a puter upgrade.

@RayBan: that thing with the origin on a structural wall… should not affect all models… but whóle model-types arent displayed.

That affects only on gamemodels. With misc_model you get ignorable leak message.

OMG … what a shame… the error was sooo easy…
i had too much to do and made a friend compile…
models could not be found by the compiler!! OMG how silly from me xD

anyway thank you for wasting time on that silly problem
