Model sizes

Howdy ET people,

does someone know if there is any information about the sizes from the models in ET? For example, if i would redo a grenade, the exact one as in the game, how would i find out about the sizes or volume of the grenade …dunno tbh…

Or is there maybe a HAND reference model that i can load into blender next to the grenade and scale the grenade by eye…

I hope someone can help me a little hand or maybe know a hand model which (i think) would make things easier…(gotta be a et model though…no?..you see i am a total newbie to this…)

Ok i managed to use the original MDC (exported to .OBJ) and can scale it correctly.
My problem is that the texture is displaying like 30 times instead of 1 time over the whole model.

I dont know if i am using the right terms but its putting 1x the whole texture on every verticle?

Anyone having a golden hint where to look?

edit: i had to learn uv-mapping (well, the basics…) and that did the trick.
