in the func_destructible, use a model2 key with the value of the model path.

The pumps in OASIS are “misc_gamemodel” entities so they can be changed/moved/replaced during the game. The “func_constructible” is a clip brush around the model because the dynamite has to touch something otherwise it will not blow anything up. Models (like the pumps in oasis) do not block players, bullets or explosives so are usually kept as “misc_gamemodel” entities. But technically you could attach a model with the model2 key to a “func_constructible” if you want but remember generally “func_constructibles” entities generally start not complete.
