Why there is no N!tmod in your poll?
If we are looking to the future of ET (does ET has any future? :rolleyes: ) I would say that Nitmod and Silent has a chance to became very popular. They are actively developed and has already guid problem solved and many interesting features.

I had to agree with you when you say they have a chance to became popular but i would like much more see some guys like Nitrox spend their free time working in CompET mod then in Nitmod, because the community actualy needs much more a stable and basic mod like etpro then funny mods like Nitmod and NQ (every month has a new mod around bastard, Mad warfire, etnam and many others). If i had some knowleage to develop a mod i would like to build a new mod like etpro 3.2.6 version with no cheat database, no patch restrictions, some updates in the lua functions and new guid based system. but its out of my hands. I hope see a mod like i decribe out someday!!

we keep to play noquarter for our main server ( waiting for nq 130 ) but we run aswell a SILENT and ETPUB (for snipers )
what i just dislike for silent is than when u walk like engy on your own landline u dead , hope for the next release we will have the option to can disable or enable this setting

we run barrely our etpro server only for our scrims

Is there another mod other than silent that has a GUID system that works? Currently, the only one I know of is silent, and it wonā€™t let me download it to my server. Iā€™m having some issues with it that I havenā€™t had before.

UltraET has an own guid system since 4 years now but the mod is very different :wink:

I think he relates to the lack of etkey generation and people getting kicked for empty cd key. ETPro in that sense has also own guid system. It does not save xpsave and admin rights on it though.

Nevermind. Silent mod is working for me now. Had to tell Gaming Deluxe to update my damn server from a Windows 2003 machine to a more updated one.

well with etpro you could just use etadmin attached

only problem then would be the limits in xp save, but imo ppl playing etpro dosent care about that anyway :slight_smile:
