[Mobile Forum Bug] - quote doesn't work (says 'null')

When I try to quote another post on the mobile DB forum website (which is great btw), it spends a few seconds processing then says ‘null’ instead of the usual [ quote=xxxxx]xxxxx[ /quote]

[BUGGY] Moto G (2014), Android 5.1.1, Google Chrome
[BUGGY] iPod Touch 5th Generation, iOS 9, Safari
[WORKING / BUGGY] iPod Touch 5th Generation, iOS 9, Google Chrome

^^^ is confusing, I went to confirm the bug was still there, and the quote button worked, then I went and tested it on Safari and on my phone, and neither of those worked. I went to check Chrome on my iPod again, and it didn’t work??

If I have missed out anything that will help you find the bug, let me know. I know this isn’t high priority, but I thought I’d just let you guys know, and ask if anyone has a device that works consistently?

Because the default markup language on the mobile site is TextEx. You’ve gotta use BBCode to quote people.

Is there any way to manually switch? Or is this this something we have to wait for website admins to fix?

Not that I know of. If you’re using Chrome, activate “request desktop site”, do the quote, switch back to the mobile site.

I really hope the site gets a few upgrades soon.
