Mission refill with the cycles

Will you always have exactly 1 cycles mission?

For example;
*if I have 2 credit missions and 1 cycles mission, and delete both the credit missions, is it possible to get another cycles mission in my next refill? Or will I definitely get another 2 credit missions?
*if I have 2 credit missions and 1 cycles mission, and delete the cycles mission, is it possible not to receive a replacement cycles mission?

I definitely deleted a cycle mission and it got replaced be a credit mission. And I am pretty sure it works the other way around as well.

No, I’ve had more than 1.

never had more than 1, except when you toss missions away and let it refill

So far it seems to be that the maximum number of cycle missions per refill is 1, and if you delete credt mission (or vice versa) you can then have multiple cycle missions if you are lucky enough to roll another one.

So yes, i think you will always have at least 1 cycle mission (at least i so far ive always had one per full refill - so all 3 mission slots resetting) but not more than that.
