Hello im not sure who i should ask regarding this issue, so i’ll try here. I originally got a beta key when the game still used the nexon launcher, however when the game moved to steam i never received a beta key for the steam version. I tried searching all my inboxes and folders (including spam) but to no avail. so is it possible my beta key got lost somewhere?

Steam keys were sent out to those people who redeemed their Nexon launcher key. So if you didn’t redeem that key (activate it in the Nexon launcher), then you shouldn’t have received a Steam key. Anyway, as it stands the Closed Beta has been taken offline while we work on implementing new features, and taking feedback from the recent test phase into account. Make sure to keep an eye out for announcements surrounding the next phase of beta :).
The thing is i did redeem my key and i played the game when it was still in nexon launcher. so my question is do i have to wait for next round of beta for a key, or is it assumed i have already gotten a key and will not be getting one in the future?
