Missing Proxy loudout card from the last event.

I unboxed my loadout case today from the last event and received my loadout card for Proxy and logged out shortly afterwards. However when I logged back in about 20 minutes ago I didn’t have the loadout card anymore and it had completely disappeared from my items and loadouts.

Just wondering if I could get some help regarding this, I’m playing through steam.

Please check if you have any filters on.
If not, send in a support ticket.

I had the same problem with a Rhino card from the Suspect Event. :frowning:
