Missing Assault Crate

So I just got up to level 7 today, and when I left my server, I got a pop up that I had received an assault crate (as a reward for leveling up), and was told that I could now view it. However, when I went into my barracks and checked items, I only had two regular cases earned from game play. I know you that you aren’t supposed to get the assault crates until level 7, but does that mean you start earning them every level after? And is anyone else having this issue?

Hey there - with the new system you gain an arsenal crate at level 5 but are unable to open it until level 7. If you were already past lvl 5 before/when the patch went live then you did not have a crate in your inventory to open at level 7 - we are aware of this issue.

You will get an arsenal crate every time you level past 7 - 8 and beyond.

I just hit lvl 7, and got a notification that I received an arsenal crate, but it wasn’t in my Items, is this a separate glitch or bug?

Also, I’m just trying to clarify- If you were past level 5 when the patch went live, you get cut out from two arsenal crates?
