misc_gamemodels

my misc_gamemodels are somehow missing. oO how to get those back, i only see empty cubes when i click misc_gamemodel.

pk3 already extracted. whats wrong with radiant :confused:

are you sure these models has correct paths?

yep. if i set up a team_ctf_redflag and give it f.i. the path models/multiplayer/dynamite/dynamite_3rd.md3 then it will compile and show me the dynamite in game. when i set the same path with misc_gamemodel it wont show :frowning:

ok…ive found a momentary solution to this. i can set model2 key in script_movers and then set a path to a model. but thats rediculous. why is radiant so bugged :confused:

maybe u should check the preferences, if they r only wireframed in radiant…

ok, if there is someone having the same problem as me (and as i googled i found a thread with someone having exactly the same problem, but the thread somehow ends without solution after months of trying to find), here what i found out:

every path to models i typed in to load a model failed in showing me a empty cube of this model. as i downloaded gtkradiant1.5 and tested more than 5 versions of it i realized (you can call me idiot, but i didnt know that) that radiant creates a new folder within etmain, it goes etmain/etmain/… i only extracted my models in there and now it works. if i load the models from every path else as i mentioned, it refuses me to show the model on screen, even though it is the same gameinformation. so yea, it was something about pathsettings, but holy ass, that is some f**** ** thing. could be one of those many many reasons why noob mappers fail on mapping and start doing something else.

ive extracted now scripts, and textures folder too in etmain/etmain. anyone knows why every brush and model in radiant1.5 is showing me the shader missing texture ?

ok, found out how to set paths now. i can now import models in radiant 1.4.

but the shader image is still there. i wanna do this: misc_gamemodel -> models/mapobjects/cmarker.md3, so as i have done this it shows the shader image missing.
