mirroring textures

Can this be done? do I have to make a second texture and mirror it manually or is there some shader/editor trick for it?

I need this for some of my doors which need to be mirrored, els e their door knob will be at the wrong side of the door, looks kinda sloppy…

Put the texture on the face you want then press S to bring up the surface inspector box thing and press the button that is called axial

just use a negative stretch in the surface inspector.
