First off I’d like to start off by saying that I’m actually enjoying myself, it’s a fun game to play with some friends. However that being said there are some issues with the game.
1.Quick join, now as I’ve come to learn that during the late hours on my regions servers, the rooms get filled with laggers, this can all simply be chalked down to the quickjoin button, rather than directing them towards a server closer to their destination it seems to pick any room at random and throw them in there, meaning I or my friends have to deal with people who ping over 300 on the servers.
2.User interface, I get that the game is currently in beta still but the interface is bad it’s laggy and it just doesn’t provide everything I’d require.
Ping indicators vanish and the filters cease to barely define the exact rooms I’m looking for, making it hard to sift through the rooms to find the region I usually play in.
3.Matchmaking, now as I mentioned earlier I play this game with friends and I only like to play with my friends, unfortunately most of the game I’m forced to vs against them, obviously this is a feature that’s meant to stop people from stacking rooms however it hurts the experience for me and only makes my friends agitated. This also brings me to a relevant but other point, the issue of joining a room and it being full, you’d expect quickjoin to work but most of the time it fails to provide basic information like room number and current player names I’ve had to actually manually refresh the room multiple times because the quickjoin didn’t seem to have noticed that the room had dropped one player.
That’s practically all I can think of right now.
