Minor Elevator Problem

OK, ive been workin on this elevator for a few hours now and i cant seam to figure out why its doin what its doin. (example) when your on the 1st floor,(in the elevator)and push the button to goto the 2nd floor, the inside doors doesnt close all the way before the elevator starts movin and right before the door gets to the 2nd floor the inside doors move down slighty. but if you wait till the doors close and push the 2nd floor button(wich opens the doors) theres no problem, the same thing happens when you try it on the 3rd floor. I thought it was a origin off line, but ive checked many times, they all line up!..kinda hard to explain heres the script, hope somebody can tell me if theres anything outta place anywhere.
